FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION


1. What is the cost of attending?
The cost of attending Primary Care UPDATES Friday/Saturday program is $75.00. On-site registration cost is $120.00.
Registration fee for each Mainpro-C session is $220.00
Anybody registered for either day is invited to join the Thursday lunch session at no additional charge.
This pricing is applicable to students, nurse practitioners and international graduates as well.
The registration fee is a flat fee for both days. One day only tickets are not available.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. You are welcome to substitute a replacement. Please let us know prior to the event.

2. Are hotel room fees, travel fees or parking complimentary?
No, doctors are responsible for their own accomodation, travel arrangements and parking fees where applicable.

3. How are programs accredited?
Programs are reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the provincial Chapters. Statement of accreditation is posted for approved programs several weeks before the conference for 1.0 Mainpro M1 credits.

4. How do I obtain my Credit Certificate?
You now have the possibility to submit your credits automatically to the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). All you need to provide is your CFPC number.
If you do not want them submitted directly, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance by email after the conference.

5. Can I register over the phone?
No, registration can only be processed online or by a faxed-in form.

6. Can I bring a spouse or child to the conference?
No, the conference is only open to primary care providers.
