The producer of Primary Care Today is committed to preserving the privacy of the information of its attendees. The information collected through the University of Toronto registration process is collected with the sole intention of managing the delegate’s attendance at the conference including:

  • event registration confirmation
  • provision of ongoing services and maintain communication and respond to inquiries from delegates
  • processing of payments
  • processing CME credit certificates
  • event management within the conference

Full contact information of each delegate will be provided to the Department of Family & Community Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, for the sole purpose of issuing CME credit certificates. Personal name, town and province only will be provided to Exhibitors of Primary Care Today for demographic profile purposes. Exhibitors do not receive full postal address information, nor do they receive phone, fax or email information.

Industry sponsored Satellite Symposia, and other seminars unrelated to the University of Toronto CME Program require a separate registration form. The information collected through this registration process is shared with each individual sponsor of the respective symposia or seminar(s) registered to. Sponsors of each symposia and/or seminar require this information for:

  • Symposia/Seminar registration confirmation
  • provision of ongoing services and maintain communication and respond to inquiries from delegates
  • processing of payments
  • processing CME credit certificates
