Exhibit Space Rates

$42.50 per sq. ft.
Minimum booth size - 10' x 10' = $4,250.00
$250 Corner Premium
All booths must be carpeted (electrical not included)

Non-Profit Associations:
Special 50% discount for 10' x 10' space

Poster Displays - $850.00
A specially designed exhibit area for associations and physician recruiting.
Poster Board is 3' x 8' high with 4' draped table, company I.D. sign and floor carpet.

Each Exhibitor is provided with:

• FREE company listing and description in the conference directory
• PDF invitation for staff distribution
• FREE company link and profile on PCT website
• Unlimited badges for booth personnel or office staff
• Full delegate list (A-Z) by physician name and city
• Draped back wall and side rails
• FREE Materials Handling and Storage
